Who is eligible to attend Leader Connect 2025?

Operators, Team Members, and Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff are eligible to attend.

How much does it cost to attend?

  • Operators: No cost.
  • Team Members: $75 per person (paid during registration by the Operator).
  • Support Center Staff: No cost.

Can Team Members attend without their Operator?

Team Members must be registered by the Operator. However, they can attend without the Operator if the Operator chooses not to attend. Operators must approve their attendance during registration.

What is included in the registration fee for Team Members?

The fee includes access to the full Leader Connect event, lunch, and materials.

Can I reserve overnight accommodations?

Yes, rooms at Springhill Suites Fairfax Fair Oaks can be reserved for $116.63 per night (including tax).

What happens if the event is postponed due to inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather, Leader Connect 2025 will be rescheduled to Wednesday, February 21, 2025. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Will lunch be provided?

Yes, lunch will be provided. You can indicate dietary restrictions or preferences during registration.
