From October 25th through October 27th the room rate is covered by MAP funds. Additional rooms for Friday and Saturday night would be at a $799++ rate. Post rates (Tuesday and Wednesday) would be at the $479++ group rate. At this time, we have great availability for the pre and post dates of your event.

Gratuities and Incidentals

Your registration fee includes gratuities for the main retreat dates only (October 25–27). We’ve arranged this in advance and are following the recommendations outlined in our contract with Nemacolin, so you won’t need to carry cash or tip staff during that time. It does not include any incidentals (like room service or extra amenities).

If you choose to arrive early or stay beyond the retreat dates, gratuities and any incidental charges will be added to your personal bill and must be paid at checkout.

Included during the retreat:

Housekeeping: $5 per day, per room
Butlers: $20 per day, per room
Luggage Handlers: $15 per room, per trip
Doormen: $5 per day
Shuttle Drivers: $5 per day

Additional Information

Please understand this is event is a business meeting / market retreat. If an Operator has a need / desire to bring children, please be aware that any additional cost in terms of a larger room and meals are the responsibility of the Operator. A larger room will fall outside of the group rate we negotiated and will be subject to the full room rates. Additionally, Children will not be permitted to participate in the event programming.
